SETTLEMENT OFFICER

  • Form 7 or above with 3 years' relevant experience in financial institution or stockbroking firm
  • Solid experience in securities settlement for Overseas / HK market and structured products (e.g. ELN, Bonds, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in CCASS operation & Euroclear
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Well-versed in computer applications e.g. Word & Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure
 

CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER (Call Centre)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries from clients and salespersons
  • Perform call back to clients
  • Facilitate in account opening (i.e. witness) and related documentation
  • Handle complaint cases
  • Analyze client services data/ enquiry
  • Prepare and maintain sales and clients FAQ
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years client facing experience such as call center officer or sales assistant in financial industry, brokerage house experience is a plus
  • Passed Type 1 HKSI licensing examination for Securities & Futures Intermediaries
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  • Handle monthly commission rebate computation for sales representatives
  • Prepare monthly commission reports 
  • Assist in answering enquiry from sales representatives 
  • Responsible for commission tool development and enhancement 
  • Handle daily cash flow management and monitoring including client trust money segregation and review, daily cash flow review and FX exposure report review
  • Maintain and review banking facility
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder 
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in financial sector 
  • Proficient in MS office, excel, macro and internet banking 
  • Experience in system enhancement from providing user requirement to UAT testing and project management an absolute advantage 
  • Profound background knowledge in securities or finance industry such as FRR requirement
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision and under time pressure
  • Able to lead a professional team effectively

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:
  • Handle compliance related matters for corporate finance activities including but not limited to review corporate/legal/compliance documentation, perform AML assessment and independence checks and liaise with solicitors, regulatory authorities and other relevant parties as required throughout deal execution process.
  • Conduct continuous compliance review and surveillance exercises on all relevant Investment Banking Department transactions and activities.
  • Formulate, implement, maintain and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems to ensure that all investment banking activities are in compliance with the applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the Group's policies
  • Negotiate with counterparties regarding all relevant legal agreements and documents
  • Liaising with external counsels on regulatory aspects of transactions
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a major university with 5+ years of legal and compliance experience dealing with Type 6 regulated activities in major investment banks or SFC licensed corporations
  • Strong understanding of information control and conflicts of interest issues, as well as surveillance and monitoring experience
  • Strong working knowledge of securities law and capital markets practice
  • Strong command of spoken and written business English and Chinese
 

DEALER

  • Handle and execute securities orders for stocks, futures & options
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant dealing experience 
  • Licensed with SFC as Representative (Type 1 & 2)
  • Hands-on experience in AMS system would be preferred
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure
 

Product Sales Specialist, Ebusiness (Brokerage Service)

Responsibilities:
  • Promote the online investment products to existing and potential clients
  • Acquire new clients for the growth of online business through online portals and offline events
  • Formulate and organize client engagement programmes to develop and maintain excellent relationship with online accounts
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on the usages of online investment products
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal departments on the new product development and enhancement
 
Requirements:
  • Holder of SFC license, Type 1 & 2 preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/eCommerce/IT or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ related work experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Candidates with experience in project management especially in mobile or social technologies is definite an advantage
  • Strong sales technique, organized, and self-motivated

DATA MANAGEMENT MANAGER (Account Opening)

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise team members to perform daily operations including account opening, client data processing and handling enquiries from sales
  • Maintain and streamline operation procedures
  • Ensure policies implementation and data quality in system
  • In charge of internal and external audit exercises for DM related issues
  • Work with other departments in Business Development, Marketing and Customer Relations on related projects
  • Assist in system enhancement and testing
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Business, Finance, or related subjects
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience from financial industry with solid supervisory experience 
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills

OFFICER - TRANSACTION CONTROL

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Client Due Diligence checking for each trade transaction 
  • Ensure transaction documents are completed with no error
  • Provide transaction data and documents for regular compliance testing
  • Explain sales procedure to salespersons
  • Monitor and report CIES client trade
 
Requirements:
  • With document and data management related experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Detail oriented and disciplined mentality

CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with high networth house clients 
  • Identify clients’ investment needs and provide relevant product information and service
  • Provide customer services and handle client enquires in a professional manner 
  • Execute and manage orders for equities on HKEX and other major exchanges.  Those with knowledge in handling structured products, futures, and derivatives would be considered favourably. 
  • Handle account opening 
 
Requirements:
  • SFC or HKMA licensee with at least 2 years relevant experience from Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin 
  • Well-versed in computer applications e.g. Word & Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 

SENIOR OFFICER – Product Team

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

  • Leading, monitoring projects and maintain relationship with internal departments, sales, and external counterparties, collect feedback from all relevant parties
  • Submit proposal of new product type / structure, analyze risk and return, liaise with Product Committee / Senior Management / Relevant departments
  • Explore new counterparties liaise with relevant department to enhance competitiveness
  • New / existing counterparty management, including t&c review
  • Develop and maintain termsheet template. Prepare termsheet per trade basis
  • Provide product marketing and training to sales and all relevant departments
  • Product due diligence for new product and continuous monitoring
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must

SALES ASSISTANT – Private Wealth Management

  • SFC or HKMA licensee with at least 2 years relevant experience from Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

CREDIT OFFICER/ CREDIT ASSISTANT

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

  • University graduate in Business, Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years(1 year for Credit Assistant) relevant in credit/risk management or audit experience from brokerage firms or related organizations. Experience in credit control will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong securities and futures markets (knowledge in regional market and OTC products will be an added advantage)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

ASSISTANT CREDIT MANAGER

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

Responsibilities :

  • Originate, develop and maintain good quality of service and relationship with clients.
  • Conduct review & assessment for clients’ portfolio.

Requirements :

  • Obtain university degree in business, finance, economic or related disciplines.
  • Acquire minimum 2 years’ direct experience in client relationship management or marketing in banking / financial services industry.
  • Possess good knowledge in financial products such as structured products, bond, equity and index/commodities futures etc.
  • Have an existing clientele base

Requirements

  • SFC license holder
  • Significant experience in selling investment products with financial institutions
