General Terms and Conditions

• The promotion period is from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
• The offers are only applicable to Self-Service Clients ("New Clients") who have successfully opened a Securities Account with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited ("UOBKH") during the promotion period. Clients who are tagged with an Account Executive are not eligible for the offers.
• Self-Service Clients refer to clients who did not subscribe to any Account Executive Services and did not open any UOB Kay Hian account in the past 12 months.
• If clients terminate their accounts, withdraw securities and/or transfer any stock holdings to other financial institutions within 6 calendar months after the account is opened, all rebates or fee waivers will be debited from the client's accounts without prior notice.
• Qualified clients must subscribe to the e-Statement service.
• This promotion does not constitute any offer, solicitation, recommendation, advice or guarantee of any securities, financial product or instrument.
• UOB Kay Hian reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate any offer, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOB Kay Hian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. Terms and Conditions – 100 Shares of CSOP Hang Seng TECH Index ETF (3033 HK)

• New clients who have successfully opened a Securities Account with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited during the promotion period can receive 100 Shares of CSOP Hang Seng TECH Index ETF (3033 HK) sponsored by CSOP Asset Management. This reward is offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis with limited quotas and only available while stocks last.
• The bonus shares will be deposited to the qualified clients’ Equities Account in the 3^rd month after the account has been opened.
• This reward is only limited to one redemption per client.
• UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative stock or reward without prior notice.
• The bonus shares are non-exchangeable for cash or other discounts and are non-transferable.

2. Terms and Conditions – HK$300 Cash Reward

• New clients who executed 1 BUY trade in HK Stocks, US stocks or A-Shares via any UTRADE platforms for the first 3 months can receive HK$300 cash reward. This reward is offered on a "first-come, first-served" basis with limited quotas and only available while stocks last.
• The reward will be deposited in the respective Securities Account in the 4^th month after the account has been opened.
• If the client is holding multiple accounts, only one account will be entitled to the reward.
• This reward is only limited to one redemption per client.
• UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative reward without prior notice.
• The reward is non-exchangeable for other discounts and is non-transferable.

3. HK$0 Brokerage Fee for online BUY trades in HK & A-shares for 6 Months

• New clients can enjoy HK$0 Brokerage Fee for BUY trades in HK stocks and A-shares placed via any UTRADE platforms for 6 months.
• HK$0 Brokerage Fee is only applicable to BUY trades in HK Stocks or A-shares placed via any UTRADE platforms. New clients are still required to pay the commission for SELL positions on HK Stocks and A-shares. Commission for trades placed via phone calls or Account Executives will not be waived.
• This promotion is valid for 6 calendar months from the new account opening date. For example, if the account opening date is on 15 April 2023, the HK$0 brokerage fee promotion will end on 30 September 2023.
• Clients are required to pay all the brokerage fees and the reimbursement will take place in the next 7 to 12 months in 6 payouts.
• Eligible new clients are still required to pay other charges including but not limited to Stamp Duty, Transaction Levy, Transaction Fees, CCASS Fees etc.

4. US$5 per online BUY trades and SELL trades in US Stocks regardless of the trading amount for 6 months

• New clients can enjoy US$5 per BUY trades and SELL trades in US Stocks placed via any UTRADE platforms for 6 months regardless of the trading amount.
• The US$5 per online BUY trades and SELL trades offer is only applicable to trades placed via any UTRADE platforms. Commission for trades placed via phone calls or Account Executives will be charged at the standard rate.
• This promotion is valid for 6 calendar months from the new account opening date. For example, if the account opening date is on 15 April 2023, the BUY trades and SELL trades offer will end on 30 September 2023.
• Eligible new clients are still required to pay other charges including but not limited to Stamp Duty, Transaction Levy, Transaction Fees, CCASS Fees etc.

Terms and Conditions - Real-time Quote Service Waiver

5. HK Stocks LV3 Real-Time Snapshot and A-share Real-time Snapshot Waiver

• New Clients are entitled to 500 clicks of Hong Kong Real-time snapshot (up to 10 price levels) with Broker’s queues and unlimited clicks of Real-time A-share snapshots.
• The 500 clicks of Hong Kong Real-time snapshot are valid for a maximum of 2 calendar months, and the free real-time quotes that have not been used after the validity period will be discarded.

• The original subscription fee charged by Refinitiv is US$1,000 per month.
• Free access to Exclusive Technical Analysis Tool – ChartGenie.
• Free access to joint seminars with renowned listed companies, asset management companies and popular financial KOLs
