Liquidation Policy

Whenever the NAV is less than the Maintenance Margin Level, the Account Executive will notify clients of the margin call amount to fulfil the margin requirement before the deadline. In the event the client cannot be reached, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to liquidate positions under adverse and volatile market conditions.

Order Amendment

When the amendment of the order is lower than the number of shares, clients will not lose their position in the queue. If the order is larger than the number of shares, clients will lose their position in the queue and need to re-queue again.

You may go to "Position" and "Account Enquiry" for a full view of your account balance and position.

Orders not done by the end of the trading day

Clients' orders will automatically lapse when they are not executed by the end of the trading day, and will have an 'expired' status. Clients are required to re-enter the order if they want to place it for the next trading day.

Place an At-Auction order

You can place an At-Auction order for Hang Seng Index Futures, Mini-Hang Seng Index Futures, H-shares Index Futures and Mini H-Shares Index Futures via UTRADE Futures. Global futures products are not applicable.
